The Mendful CRC Training is a nine-month program that consists of:

Three five-day in-person meetings in Northern California (three full days — arrive on a Wednesday evening, train Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and leave on Sunday morning. Dates are:

Weekly pod meetings with your group of four to practice the skills you learn. These practice sessions will be recorded. We encourage signing up in groups you'd like to practice with, but this is not necessary.

Review other peoples’ practice sessions and offer creative alternative interventions — other ways of handling the same situation.

Use the feedback you receive from others as a way of slowing down your own nervous system, inquiring into what comes up for you in a given situation, and get to integrate and develop more facility with situations you find challenging.

Optional-but-strongly-encouraged monthly Zoom calls for support, coaching, Q&A.
Investment
Your investment into the Mendful CRC Training includes the three four-night residential trainings, lodging, meals (organic paleo and vegan options provided). It does not include transportation, but we will help you secure rides from the airport, and form carpools.

Living in abundance; $9,180 — this level covers your costs, contributes to the trainers’ salaries, creating the app itself and also crucial scholarship funds for others who do not have access to the financial resources to complete the training.

Living in financial peace; $6300 — this level covers your costs and also contributes to the trainers’ salary and creating the app itself.

Living in financial stress; $3600 — this level covers the basic cost of your lodging, food, room rental, and equipment for the four retreats.
Pay in full before May 1st, 2025: Take 15% off your cost
Pay in full before July 1st, 2025: Take 10% off your cost
Pay in full before September 1st, 2025: Take 5% off your cost

Certification and employment with Mendful
Becoming a practitioner
We want to set you up for success! Therefore, we’ll certify you as eligible to apply to become a Mendful Conflict Resolution Coach once you’re ready. Readiness will be determined by agreement of:

When we all agree you’re ready, you will receive a certification. If you don’t reach readiness the first year, we’ll work with you in continuing your path to readiness.
Please note:

Completing the Mendful CRC training is not a guarantee of receiving a job through Mendful — you will still need to apply.

Completing the Mendful training is, however, the only way to work as a Mendful Conflict Resolution Coach. Again, we do want to set you up for success, and will do everything we can to prepare you to work as a Mendful CRC.

Experienced mediators may be eligible to assist with the training.
Other Mendful opportunities
Assistantships
We will need two or three assistants for the program. Assistants help primarily with logistics, and also some training tasks. Assistants get compensated by receiving the training free of charge, and may also receive a small stipend. Indicate your interest through the regular application
