Cancellation Policy

Mendful Session Refund Policy We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our coaches. Sessions canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are not refundable. If Mendful is unable to provide your session for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and issue you a refund upon our cancellation.
