The field between right and wrong

I often hear the famous quote by Rumi: “Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.” But I rarely see guidance for how to make that field real, especially when nervous systems are activated.

In sessions, I help clients reconnect with their own inner experience while also hearing the other person's. Decades of learning have shown me that people can understand each other deeply without making anyone wrong. When that happens, both feel more seen, heard, understood, and able to move forward. That is the heart of what we do at Mendful.

I'd be honored to help you meet each other in that field beyond right and wrong, get to the heart of what's between you, and get freed up to move on with your lives.

  • INTRODUCTORY PRICING: $200/hour $60/hour for individuals or pairs
