1-hour Intro Workshop Recordings

The Mendful Intro Workshop Series consists of four interactive 1-hour workshops held throughout the year, offering an introduction to the conflict resolution and relational repair skills taught in the Mendful Core Competencies Training. 

Each workshop is offered multiple times throughout the year, and we regularly update the curriculum, so the most recent sessions contain the latest material.
